The scholarship award will be paid to you upon completion of your first semester and a commitment that you will complete the remainder of your first year of college or vocational training.
You may claim your award by sending your first semester grades and commitment to finishing your first year of education to:

This scholarship is awarded within ONE YEAR AFTER GRADUATION FROM SPENCER VAN ETTEN SCHOOL. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF FUNDS. The awarded money will be retained by the Spencer Central School Alumni.
IRS tax implications: Spencer Central School Alumni Association scholarship awards may be taxable. The responsibility of reporting and paying any tax rests with the recipient.
